ALAN K. CALLIS

AMELIA COURTHOUSE – Alan Keith Callis, 42, died Wednesday, March 29, in Amelia.

A native of Richmond and a York County resident most of his life, he was a resident of Amelia Court House for three years.

He was a Navy veteran of Vietnam and was employed as a truck driver for Owens and Minors Inc.

He was a member of Lebanon Church of Christ, Newport News.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Callis; two daughters, Kevan Moss Callis of Seaford and Wendy Jane Callis of Amelia Court House; his mother, Merle Callis of Seaford; and two brothers, David Neal Callis and John B. Callis, also of Seaford.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Lebanon Church of Christ Cemetery by Joe E. Parrish and Robert C. Neal.

The family will receive friends at the home of Merle Callis, Seaford.

The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contibutions to Camp Rudolph, c/o Lebanon Church of Christ, Box 3141, Newport News 23603.

AMELIA – A graveside service for Alan Keith Callis, 42, who died Wednesday, March 29, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Lebanon Church of Christ Cemetery by Joe E. Parrish and Robert C. Neal.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Callis; two daughters, Kevan Moss Callis of Seaford and Wendy Jane Callis of Amelia Court House; one son, Alan Keith Callis Jr. of Seaford; his mother, Merle Callis of Seaford; and two brothers, David Neal Callis and John B. Callis, both of Seaford.
