Arthur Carlisle Oman, the six-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Thomas Oman, died in the home of his parents on Locust street, at one o’clock yesterday morning, following an illness of twenty-four hours with minigitis. The little fellow was affectionately know as “Buster” Oman in his neighborhood and was a bright, clever (illegible) fellow.
Arrangements for the funeral services have not been completed.

Funeral of boy
The funeral of Arthur Carlisle Oman, the little son of Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Oman, will be held this afternoon at 3 o’clock
from the Oman residence in Locust Street, Rev. W. M. Long, of the Church of Christ, will officiate. Burial will be made in St. John’s cemetery.
The pallbearers will be William Post, Harry Routen, Julian Powell and W. G. Ammons.
