HAMPTON – Dorothy E. Champ, 75, a lifelong Peninsula resident and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, died Monday, Dec. 27.

Survived by two daughters, Marie C. Dugan of Manhattan, Kan., and Susan F. Ewing of Newport News; a son, Milton F. Champ of Newport News; her mother, Anna M. Wilhelm of Newport News; two sisters, Emma Pittman and Betty Shelton of Newport News; a brother, Robert R. Wilhelm of Newport News; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Christian wake 7:30 tonight at Peninsula Funeral Home. Visitation following service until 9 tonight at the funeral home. Funeral 11 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church by the Revs. Robert E. French and Thomas Quinlan. Burial in Greenlawn Cemetery.
