FRANCES V. CLARY
HAMPTON – Frances Vera Clary, 83, died Tuesday, March 21, in Sentara Hampton General Hospital.
She was a native of Leicester, England and Peninsula resident for 40 years.
She was formerly a member of Trans-Atlantic Brides & Parents Association and Daughters of the British Empire.
Survivors include her husband, George W. Clary; one daughter, June I. Fryer of Carrollton; one sister, Betty J. Slade also of Carrollton; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Peninsula Funeral Home by the Rev. Daniel K. Livingston. Burial will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 tonight in the funeral home.
