Milton L. West

Milton L. (Buck) West Sr., 64, 455 Joy Drive, Hampton, died Sunday in Riverside Hospital.

He was a lifelong resident of Hampton and retired in 1975 as a carpenter with C&O Railway Co. after 32 years service.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Ozelle Turner West; three sons, M. Louis West Jr. of Hopewell, Lawrence E. and Donald L. West, both of Hampton; his father, Thomas E. West and three sisters, Misses Florence and Mary West and Mrs. Edith W. McNeill, all of Hampton; three brothers, William W. West of Hampton, Charles T. West of Gloucester, and Fulton R. West of Poquoson; three grandchildren and two step grandchildren.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 pm Tuesday in Peninsula Funeral Home by the Rev. Jack B. Wilder of Liberty Baptist Church. Burial will be in Peninsula Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 tonight in the funeral home.
