SHARON ANNETTE CARTER
Sharon Annette Carter departed this earthly life on Feb. 4, 2012, to unite with her Heavenly Father. She was born on July 14, 1960.
Sharon attended Ferguson High School. Those who knew her best as witty, intelligent, outspoken and family oriented.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Raymond and Irene Carter Sr.; and her father, Curtis Williams.
Left to cherish her memories are her mother, Francis Pryear; children, Robert Carter, Raymond Carter, Antonio Carter, Malik Bland, LaToya Carter (Willie), Ashaunte McNeil, Elaina Bullock; siblings, Marcelene Stuart (Ricardo), of Florida, Carol Totten, Tony McIntosh, Ira White, Robin McIntosh (Lakyvia), Theo Williams (Ingrid), Curt Williams, and Nina Fox (Thomas); uncles, James Lee, Raymond Jr., Calvin, and Robert Carter; aunts, Anne Williams, Linda Dean, Gwendolyn Brodus and Dorothy Davis; a special friend, Willie McNeil; 10 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Rest in eternal peace Sharon, we will always love you.
Viewing will be held from noon to 7 p.m. Friday, at Cooke Bros. Funeral Chapel. A homegoing service will be held at noon at Restoration of Faith Church, 2114 Wickham Ave., Newport News, Va. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Condolences may be sent to http://www.cookebros.com.

A homegoing service will be held in her honor at noon on Saturday, Feb. 11, at Restoration of Faith Church, 2114 Wickham Ave., Newport News, Va.
Sharon attended Ferguson High School. Those who knew her, knew her best as witty, intelligent, outspoken, and family oriented.
