W. P. Wall

William P. Wall, 44, 1 Jameson Ave., Hampton, died Wednesday in Hampton General Hospital.

A native of Johnson County, NC, he had been a Peninsula resident for the past 16 years. He was employed as a supervisor in the production engineering department of Newport News Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Co., a member of White Oak Baptist Church of Clayton, NC, and Elks Lodge 366 of Hampton.

Survivors include a son, Sgt. Duane Wall of George Air Force Base, CA; five sisters, Miss Emma Wall of Smithfield, Mrs. Edna Dodd of Raleigh, NC, Mrs. Doris Barham and Mrs Annie Ruth O’Neal, both of Wendell, NC, and Mrs. Louise Pleasants of Newport News, and one grandchild.

Peninsula Funeral Home is in charge.

The body of William P. Wall of Hampton, who died Wednesday, has been taken to McLaurin Funeral Home, Clayton, NC, for a funeral at 2pm Saturday. Burial will be in White Oak Baptist Church Cemetery, Clayton.
