WILLIAM N. WALLACE

HAMPTON – William Nathan Wallace, 83, of Hampton, died Sunday, Dec. 17, 1995.

Born in Fox Hill, he had lived there all of his life and was a member of Fox Hill Central United Methodist Church. He retired from York Oil Company as plant manager after 41 years of service.

Mr. Wallace is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Jessie Kay and George F. Black Jr. of Hampton; a brother, J. Irvin Wallace of Hampton; three grandchildren, Margaret Kay Jenkins of Culpeper, Va., and Denise Wendy Rhodes and George F. Black III, both of Hampton; and one great-granddaughter, Crystal Kay Jenkins of Culpepper.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20, 1995, at the Fox Hill Central United Methodist Church by the Rev. George T. Insley Jr. Interment will follow in Clark Cemetery, Fox Hill. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home.
