W. G. Walker

Wyatt G. Walker, 82, 139 Hampton Roads Ave., Hampton, died Monday in Hampton General Hospital.

He was born in Seaford. He was employed 39 years with the Langley Research Center of the National
Aeronautics and Space Administration before retiring in 1968 as an instrument developer. He was a member of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, Hampton, the American Association of Retired Persons, the Retired Mens Club, Braxton-Perkins Post 25 of the American Legion and the Woodmen of the World.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Elsie B. Walker.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Peninsula Memorial Park by the Rev. Winston Hope of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church.

Lawrence B. Wood Funeral Home is in charge.
