EVELYN DIXON DECKER

HAMPTON – Evelyn Dixon Decker, 87, a native of the Fox Hill section of Hampton and a lifelong Peninsula resident, died Sunday, May 30.

Mrs. Decker was a member of Fox Hill Central United Methodist Church and its Fiedelis Sunday School class and United Methodist Women.

She retired as a bookkeeper from Merchant National Bank after 42 years.

Survived by two sisters, Jessie D. Bloxom and Ilma D. Lewis, both of Hampton.

Funeral 3 p.m. today at Fox Hill Central United Methodist Church by the Rev. George T. Insley Jr. Burial in Clark Cemetery, Fox Hill section.

The family will receive friends at 10 Lewis Lane, Fox Hill.
